Good Hotel little bit of flexibility can make this as an excellent hotel
Comparatively Larger Room with a large double. The room is very clean and decent hotel in a rush area. The had all the required amenities. Staff are friendly and very prompt. We requested for 2 pillows and the sent it quickly. Has good assistance for our bagage during the checkin. Manny Massage place close by and active place even in the night. "The Key is Location" Patunam Market is just 100 meters away. Walkin distance to Platinum Mall, MBK, Central, BigC and all other shopping malls.
So much of restriction and not flexible at all. Room had only 2 pillows and we have to ask for another 2, they gave only one access card and we had to ask for another one. Basically we have to ask everything. While checkin the AC was not on and the room is very hot (Not acceptable), NO central AC its a separate AC which looks not servised. Once switched on no issue with the cool ( But the Room and Hotel fasility is very clean) Breakfast is very basic which is not a big issue for us. ( It's hybrid version of ala carte and buffet, dont expect many items) We requested for early checkin dispite paying the full amount 2 weeks in advance they still refused our request, Further they took BTH 1000 as depocite on check in. (Refundable)

Spenza hotel location is good. Near to 7-11 and there’s a lot massage centre around. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful, they can speak Chinese and English fluently. The first day I check in the room floor tiles is sticky and greasy. After I tell the staff they helped to clean on next day so is settled.
Honestly the room is quite simple with only limited furniture for us to utilise. There is no electric socket nearby mirror in the room which is not so convenient for us to dry and setting our hair. And there no space for us to sit down in front of the mirror to do make up because the mini fridge is tucked under the table. ???? There’s only one bedside cabinet which i think is not good and convenient enough. We have no space to place our phones, powerbank while charging.

It was great staying and the staffs were amazing from the booking stage. All our requests were fulfilled.
Near by shopping mall and markets
For a family it’s not suitable. We booked two room and requested for one room key (connecting room key), but they refused. I don’t what kind of safety reasons they refused our request.
